Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems and equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping ensure the reliability and security of our technology environment including but not limited to: Computer's, Electronic Peripherals, Printers, Scanners, Point of Sale hardware/software, Software ranging from Microsoft suite to Accounting software, Mechanic Shop software, etc. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, documentation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Operating systems. Create, manage, and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls through our AD and Microsoft 365 Environment. Deploy, upgrade, and maintain company hardware and software. Document incidents, service requests, and technical procedures in the our IT Ticketing system (Asana). Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including equipment provisioning and account setup. Support Microsoft 365 applications and services. Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, patch management, and user awareness. Participate in after-hours maintenance activities as required. Required Qualifications Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or technician role. Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 environments. Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi. Experience with Active Directory and user account administration. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Experience with DVR (Legacy), NVR, Coax and IP Camera systems Music AMP and Speaker Troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, or Endpoint Manager. Familiarity with virtualization technologies. Experience supporting enterprise ticketing systems. Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. Experience running CAT Cable and Installation.
