Nexeo HR is hiring a Lead Slot Machine Technician to support a fast-paced gaming equipment service and parts operation in Henderson, NV— This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience as a gaming technician, electronics repair technician, or slot machine technician who enjoy working on mechanical and electrical systems. In this position, you will diagnose and repair gaming equipment while supporting service operations and helping maintain a high standard of technical performance. Responsibilities- Perform assembly, disassembly, testing, and repair of slot machines and electronic gaming equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving electrical components, wiring, and internal systems
- Use ERP or service tracking systems to retrieve work orders and document completed repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Utilize hand tools, testing equipment, and soldering tools for electronic repair work
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation in a structured service environment
- Communicate clearly through written reports and internal messaging systems
- Support front office service operations and assist with coordinating repair workflows
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed Qualifications
- Experience as a slot machine technician, gaming technician, or electronics repair technician strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems
- Experience with ERP systems or service tracking software
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Soldering experience preferred
- Strong written communication and basic computer/email skills
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a structured service or workshop environment Pay $20.00
- $24.00 Per Hour Schedule Day Shift Monday
- Friday 6:00 AM
