IT I&O Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure in a dynamic environment while collaborating with a skilled team. Responsibilities Provide ongoing operational support for Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage systems, and Citrix infrastructure. Execute enterprise vulnerability remediation and patching across servers and endpoints. Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory and endpoint security tools. Support VMware and NetApp infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. Document change management activities and provide on-site data center support for hardware validation. Assist with workload migration efforts, including validation and testing. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Skills 5-7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering. 3-5+ years of experience in vulnerability remediation or security operations. Proficiency in Active Directory administration and endpoint security platforms. Strong background in virtualization technologies. Hands-on experience with data center operations and infrastructure support. Preferred Skills Experience with data center decommissioning and migration projects. Familiarity with NetApp ONTAP and privileged access management tools. Knowledge of security analysis tools and backup platforms. Strong documentation skills and experience with audit processes.
