The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, maintaining our computer systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues Troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, and network problems Install and configure software and hardware, including operating systems, applications, and peripherals Train employees on new software and technology as needed Keep accurate records of IT inventory and equipment Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient and secure operation of our systems Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with healthcare industry and HIPAA regulations is a plus
