They provide technical assistance to employees, resolve IT issues, and help ensure systems remain secure and operational. What You Will Do Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues in a timely manner. Provide technical support to users through onsite, remote, and phone-based assistance. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system credentials to ensure secure access. Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and updates. Implement security updates, antivirus protection, and cybersecurity best practices across IT systems. Maintain accurate IT asset inventories, technical documentation, and service records. Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Guide users on technology best practices, security awareness, and company IT policies. Who You Are Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux operating systems. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting. Excellent communication and customer support skills with a user-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with IT security and data protection best practices to support a secure technology environment. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent technical credentials are preferred.
