Responsibilities and Duties Skills Experience and Education:

Cybersecurity Skills Preffered. Help Grow the Company by providing excellent customer support. Managed Services (Connectwise Automate, Control) Quick learner with excellent retention and problem solving skills Must be able solve issues quickly and independently

Remote and Onsite Support Servers:

All Windows Server platforms Active Directory and Group Polices Experience with MS Azure & M365 (certification preferred)

MS Windows:

all Hyper-V and VMware Dell and HP (DRAC, ILO, Servers/PCs) SonicWALL and Meraki (routers, switches, firewalls, vlans, phone systems) Site-to-Site VPNs and Remote host VPNs DNS Records Management and DHCP MS and many other Desktop Applications Mac OSx, iDevices and Android Devices Cloud Backup Systems (will train) MS, CISCO, APPLE and other IT certifications a plus 2 year college degree a plus 2 years of IT support experience with emphasis on customer service, PCs/Mac's, networks, servers, printers and mobile devices Salary depends on Experience Must have reliable car or truck and be able to drive to local client sites Must be honest with valid driver's license Drug test and background check required
