Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfullyExercises judgement and decision making in the diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware and software problemsPerforms full range of work assigned and works with some independence and initiativeEnforces IT policies as it relates to financial systems and take appropriate course of actionInstalls and maintains database hardware and softwareOrganizes work, sets priorities and meets critical time deadlinesParticipates in team meetings, providing input and suggestions. Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
