Job Description

Job Title:
AdTech Product Support Specialist Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a core technical support contributor. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support for advertising products, ensuring seamless operations and troubleshooting complex issues. This role is crucial in driving the resolution of technical challenges and enhancing our support operations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the escalation point for complex ad tech support issues, including troubleshooting ad delivery failures and configuration errors. Investigate and resolve technical issues by analyzing logs and coordinating with Engineering for deeper product-level investigations. Communicate directly with strategic external partners to gather diagnostic information and provide clear resolution guidance. Collaborate closely with Engineering to identify, document, and escalate product bugs, advocating for partner-impacting fixes.
Required:
3+ years of experience in the Ad Tech industry, with a foundation in technical support or ad operations. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex ad-serving and programmatic technical issues. Experience working directly with external partners in a support or technical account management capacity. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical issues clearly.
