Job Description

Successful athletic construction company seeking a highly organized IT Support Specialist with excellent communication skills. This position is reporting to the IT Manager. This is an on-site supportive role and there are no options for remote work.
  • Working knowledge and the ability to manage licenses and programs such as Nitro, Adobe, Insite, Visio, mobile device management, etc.
  • Working knowledge of systems such as all MS 365, Windows, Apple products, etc.
  • Ensure the optimal health of supported databases and terminals by performing proactive maintenance and managing off-site back ups
  • Assist in overseeing implementation of technology solutions for the operation, ensuring consistency with overall IT strategy and operational requirements of the company.
  • Helping to troubleshoot, repair, or replace IT equipment and setting up new hires with all necessary computer equipment, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Helping to coordinate with updating and implementing policy and procedures, including but not limited to data management, lifecycle management, and security audits.
  • Assist in coordinating efforts with third party and outside IT companies.
  • Support staff with hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related discipline preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience with job specifications
  • Experience with technology such as IP networking, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, etc.
  • Experience with network configuration (e.g., hubs, routers, switches)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both verbal and written, to assist users with issues
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset
  • Travel on the East coast of the US will be necessary a few times per year.
This includes the New England States, New Jersey, and Florida.
Pay:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
