Key Responsibilities Test and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, servers, and all-in-ones (AIOs) Identify and report equipment issues using testing software Perform minor hardware repairs and reset remote management cards (iDRAC, iLOM) Reset and configure BIOS on tested systems Track and update equipment location data Work closely with team members to research and resolve technical problems Collaborate with software developers to explain hardware-related errors or recommend improvements Support department initiatives and special projects Stay current on new hardware technologies and industry trends Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring Strong knowledge of PC hardware architecture and components Hands-on experience with hardware diagnostics and repair Basic understanding of remote server management tools (iDRAC, iLOM) Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Us?
