Job Description
IT Support Technician Come join us at St. Cabrini Nursing Home! We are a 304-bed, Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility founded in 1974 in continuation of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini's legacy of serving those in need through works of healing, teaching, caring and giving. We are seeking to hire an IT Support Technician . $26
- $32 per hour based on skills and experience.
IT Support Technician Introduction:
Under the supervision of the IT Director, provide end user support on a variety of issues and systems by effectively answering, logging, troubleshooting, resolving, providing advice to telephone inquiries, and in-person interaction; Coordinate with other departments to resolve problems, and may participate in technical projects.IT Support Technician Qualifications:
Associates degree in Computer Science required, Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of computer/IT experience. Knowledge of information systems, including proficiency with clinical applications and managed care applications: Windows 11, MS Office Suites, IE 11. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Very strong customer service orientation.IT Support Technician Job Summary:
Provide technical computer and software application support for all staff. Assist in developing user documentation and departmental policies and procedures. Support conversions and promotions to company applications. Manage helpdesk tickets for all IT requests. Prepare oral and written communications as well as analyses on helpdesk tickets. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes. Participate in scheduled meetings to discuss progress and issues to be resolved.
