Flushing, NY (On-site) About Do One Technologies Do One Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company providing POS systems, appointment scheduling, membership management, and payment solutions for nail salons across the United States. Our platform serves hundreds of merchants daily and continues to expand nationwide. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with product deployment, and ensuring a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate has strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. Responsibilities Provide technical support for software applications, POS systems, payment terminals, and related hardware Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and connectivity issues for customers and internal teams Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of computer systems and peripheral devices Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers, routers, and network equipment Diagnose and resolve issues related to DNS, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and internet connectivity Manage support tickets through help desk systems and ensure timely resolution Document technical issues, solutions, and support procedures Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer service teams to identify and resolve recurring issues Assist with product testing, deployment, and user training Support merchants using POS systems, payment processing devices, and software solutions
