Deposit Operations Help Desk Specialist The Lyons National Bank has a Full Time opening for a Deposit Operations Help Desk Specialist at our Operations Center, Geneva NY. This available call center position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the customer service function of the bank. This individual will be a critical player working closely with other departments within in the bank to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate will possess interpersonal relations and communication skills at a level to provide customers with service that exceeds their expectation during each and every encounter. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an emphasis in business curriculum, and preferably one year related experience. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $26.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
