Job Description

Seeking full time School Help Desk Technician to work in Hammond Central School District. This position is currently being filled under the HELP Program and will not require an examination at this time.
Minimum qualifications:
Graduation from accredited or NYS register college or university with an Associate's degree in computer science, information resource management, microcomputer technology or related field. OR completion of 60 semester hours in a NYS college or university, 15 hours of which shall have been in computer science, information resource management, programming or microcomputer technology. OR graduation from high school and completion of a certified 2 year, technical or vocational program in the field of Computer Technology. OR graduation from high school and 2 years full-time, paid experience as an Information Technology Helpdesk Technician or Computer Technician.
