Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the daily operations by resolving systematic problems in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Works with key system users to help improve system performance. Provides expertise in packaging processes and supports full systems testing and system change efforts to solve critical production issues. Will support management in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and will ensure that a transfer of knowledge and skills to management and packaging support operations. Responsible for the internal support and ensuring the optimal functionality of the West Henrietta packaging operations.

Leadership and team leading Functional understanding of GPS, Blue Yonder and Baan Verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including ability to succinctly summarize key findings and effectively communicate with both business and technical teams Other desirable skills

Have a firm understanding of the operational process currently being followed in the daily operations. Work Environment Normal warehouse and office environment with some exposure to dust, heat and cold Sedentary to light physical effort necessary to perform the job Extensive contact with employees and external business partners and vendors Occasional travel, off-hour meetings, weekends.
Experience:
3-5 years distribution experience with WMS and ERP systems 3-5 years customer fulfillment experience 3-5 years experience in a leading small team (5-10 employees)

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $22.90 and $27.89 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits. The Superuser is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following: Monitors and validates system transactions for all incoming SS and materials, ensuring accurate data capture, proper processing, and alignment with inventory and operational requirements. Collaborates strategically with the finance team to evaluate system accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and deliver transparent, data driven reporting. Responsible for systematically validating the accuracy of all transactions exchanged between offsite locations and the WH facility, ensuring proper data flow, traceability, and system integrity. Partners with systems team to execute testing cycles and leads end-users mentoring to ensure smooth adoption of any systems changes. Monitors inter-system transactions to ensure they match accurately and are processed in a timely manner. Leads the implementation of new and upgraded systems and ensures comprehensive training for all end users to support successful adoption. Assists with order accuracy systematically - ensures the order are correctly through the system when looking at OTIF - Yield. Manages the addition and adjustment of inventory locations while ensuring that all relevant groups receive proper training and ongoing support. Builds strong partnerships with support departments to proactively identify reporting requirements and ensure alignment across teams. Acts as a key liaison between operations and QA, coordinating the review and approval of all major packaging system changes to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment. Recommend system configuration changes to align with evolving business needs. Offers on-demand support to the senior scheduler, helping maintain accurate schedules, prioritize orders, and address disruptions in material flow or production activities. Monitors WMS-related business operations to ensure all transactions post accurately and consistently to the ERP, supporting data integrity and operational efficiency. Monitor all touch points between the different systems and troubleshoot all issues. Helps with GPS ll incidents. Provide first level internal support. o Resolving day-to-day user issues (only reverting to support desk if requirement is outside normal operational issues) o Documenting and logging all support issues o Acting as a single point of contact to the support desk and customer service o Assist the support team in testing & deploying patches. Capability to generate and modify reports from WMS. Assists developers - internal and external - through provision of functional specifications and walkthroughs. Supports testing efforts and test data/results validations for external sites in local systems. As business needs dictate, work extended hours to complete daily department goals or tasks to include mandatory overtime. Performs other duties as assigned.
