Job Description

  • Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or EquivalentRequired Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Experience in technical support, help desk, or desktop support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and multiple software applications
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Experience supporting users in remote and onsite environments preferred
  • Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office support experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Experience supporting printers, email systems, and peripheral devices
Computer Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to computer system users in person, by phone, and remotely
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, email, and operating system issues
  • Assist users with software installations, configurations, and general system usage
  • Monitor and respond to operating and system error messages
  • Enter commands and configure computer terminals and peripheral devices as needed
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support activities accurately
  • Deliver timely and professional customer support to internal or external users
  • Offers are contingent upon successful completion of background check requirements
