Job Description:

InGenesis is currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to work with our client in Jamaica, NY . In this role, you will be working at the NYS Veterans Home at St. Albans. Apply today and we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have!

Job Duties:

Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. Many provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electtronic mail, and operating systems. May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices. Monitor and respond to operating and error messages. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have advanced computer and software skill/knowledge beyond those defined in Computer Operator including skills in multiple software. Pay rate range commensurate on experience.
