Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift

Position Summary:
TJ's Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Digital Operations Coordinator to help lead the company's transition into a fully digital operation. This role owns the ServiceTitan system, operational workflows, and digital process improvements , helping the company streamline dispatch, reporting, and daily operations. With a clear path to $85K annually including performance bonuses , this position plays a critical role in helping the company operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently. The ideal candidate is a systems-minded problem solver who thrives on turning messy processes into clean workflows . Someone who enjoys training teams, improving operations, and solving problems in real time will excel here. Core Responsibilities:
Office Collaboration Act as a bridge between the office team, technicians, and leadership Support daily operations by helping teams resolve system issues quickly Ensure teams are aligned on workflows, procedures, and digital tools ServiceTitan Administration Daily system monitoring and maintenance Manage dispatch boards and scheduling flow Set up job types, pricing, memberships, and forms Ensure clean job notes, invoices, and closeouts Build and maintain customer records and tags Digital Transformation Convert paper processes into digital workflows Implement tablets, forms, checklists, and automation Standardize office and field procedures Create digital SOPs for office and field teams Training & Adoption Train new technicians and office staff in ServiceTitan Provide ongoing coaching to improve system usage Act as the internal "help desk" for system questions Create simple training guides and videos Reporting & Performance Build and maintain key company dashboards Track KPIs like: Average ticket Close rates Dispatch efficiency Membership growth Help leadership make decisions using real data Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in dispatch, scheduling, and invoicing Recommend and implement system improvements Work with leadership to roll out new initiatives
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
