In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting Kyocera copier and multifunction printer equipment across various client sites. Your mechanical aptitude, IT knowledge, and hands-on skills will drive customer satisfaction and ensure optimal equipment performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging technology while providing top-tier field service support. Duties Diagnose and repair Kyocera copier and multifunction printer equipment using schematics, OEM manuals, and technical resources Perform software troubleshooting to resolve connectivity issues, print errors, and firmware updates Conduct routine maintenance, adjustments, and parts replacement to maximize machine uptime Utilize hand tools and computer hardware knowledge to disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex components Install, configure, and test new equipment at client locations ensuring seamless integration with existing networks Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify root causes of mechanical or electronic faults Provide excellent field service support by responding promptly to service calls and communicating clearly with customers Experience Proven service technician experience working with copier or imaging equipment in a fast-paced environment Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity in computer networking and IT systems related to office equipment Hands-on experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting software issues, and using OEM manuals or schematics for diagnostics Ability to operate hand tools effectively for mechanical repairs and adjustments Knowledge of computer hardware components relevant to copier systems and their integration into network environments Familiarity with OEM parts, software updates, firmware management, and system diagnostics tools Join us in delivering innovative imaging solutions!
