Full Job Description Job Summary:

#healthcare2026 We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage and support Cardiology IT systems in a hospital environment. This role involves overseeing system design, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance to support clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage system development, enhancements, and maintenance projects Monitor system performance and resolve complex technical issues Support cardiology applications and interface environments (HL7, DICOM, EPIC) Lead technical implementations and collaborate with cross-functional teams Perform testing, documentation, and system upgrades Train clinical end users and provide Tier 3 support Participate in project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in Clinical IT / Healthcare IT Knowledge of Windows/UNIX, Oracle/SQL databases Experience with programming (Java, Python, C++, HTML, etc.) Familiarity with healthcare protocols (HL7, DICOM, EPIC)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cardiology IT systems (Syngo Dynamics, MUSE, ISCV) Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) Networking knowledge (TCP/IP) Exposure to AI in healthcare/cardiology

Additional Details:

Onsite role in New York City On-call support on a rotating schedule Relocation support / housing assistance may be available for ideal candidates
