Job Description

Computer Support Specialist Job Number:
26-00938 Make a difference in your community. ECLARO is looking for a Computer Support Specialist for our client in New York, NY . ECLARO's client aims to enhance public services and promotes sustainable resource management, offering advanced solutions and services. Responsibilities:
Providing technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Actively monitoring and working on tickets submitted in the JIRA ticketing system. Installing, setting up, and configuring new hardware, software, and peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Documenting technical problems, resolutions, and user guides for future reference. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Two years of experience in Information Technology and Customer Service A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, management systems, information technology, or cybersecurity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks.
Problem-Solving:
Good analytical and logical reasoning skills to identify root causes of problems.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non technical users.
Customer Service:
Patience, empathy, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage tasks, prioritize requests, and maintain detailed records.
Adaptability:
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Rate:
