  • $45 an hour 11 hours ago Qualifications Windows Computer hardware Mobile device management Desktop administration Intune Full Job Description NYC based Microsoft Partner is looking for a desktop tech for a 3 month contract.
This is an onsite position 3 days a week at a legal client of ours in downtown manhattan. You must have 4+ years experience working in enterprise environments. This jobs requires a drug and background test. Duties Assist in enrolling end user mobile devices (iPads and iPhones) into Intune or AirWatch Provide end user support as part of an exchange online migration Assist end users with help desk issues Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on desktop support and help desk operations. Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with an MDM tool either Intune or AIrWatch Experience supporting mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads Experience supporting end users in Windows 11 environments Please email your resume and hourly rate.
