Job Description :
Provide direct frontoffice technology support to Equities traders, middle office users, and Compliance teams on the trading floor Monitor trading platforms and FIX network connectivity to ensure system stability and availability Diagnose and resolve realtime trading issues, including detailed investigation of compliancerelated inquiries Communicate major incidents, impacts, and resolution status clearly to key stakeholders and senior management Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from traders, ensuring proper tracking, prioritization, and transparency Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for vendor and internal development teams to deliver enhancements Share endtoend business workflows with Support and QA teams to strengthen regression testing and operational readiness Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, support runbooks, scripts, and technical documentation
Qualifications:
Over 5 years of experience supporting missioncritical frontoffice trading applications within Equities, including U.S. Market Making, ETFs, Electronic Trading, Global Program Trading, and Convertible Bonds Strong understanding of hightouch trading workflows, FIX protocol, OMS platforms, IOI processing, market data, and CTM flows, Tidal or other scheduler systems Proven experience handling regulatory and compliancedriven requests and inquiries, including Reg NMS, Reg SHO, CAT, ACT, ORF, and TRACE Proficient with, SQL querying, JIRA for issue tracking, and Excel for operational analysis and reporting Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across front office, middle office, and control functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a high level of attention to detail Selfmotivated and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fastpaced, highpressure trading environment Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus
