Full Time Employee Salary:
$85-95K/year with bonus Key responsibilities: Provide in?person and remote technical support for executives, senior leadership, and their admin assistants
  • including an on-call rotation Support Windows and macOS laptops, iOS mobile devices, and Avaya desk phones Troubleshoot and support applications including Outlook/Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Point, Intune, and custom internal applications Perform basic troubleshooting of connectivity issues such as VPN, Wi?
Fi, wired networks, and multi?factor authentication (MFA) Support executive conference rooms and video conferencing systems, including break/fix incidents Required skills: Hands?on experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environments Experience in Mobility, Video conferencing and basic networking Strong customer service and communication skills, especially with senior leaders Strong troubleshooting, organization, and documentation skills Please send resume ASAP.
