Job Description

An established healthcare organization is seeking an IT Contract Specialist in Manhattan, NY. This role supports the review, negotiation, and administration of IT-related agreements across hardware, software, systems, and services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. About the

Hybrid (at least 2 days a week onsite; Wednesday and Thursday are mandatory)
Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of IT-related agreements from intake through execution Draft, review, and redline contracts using established templates and contract guidance Identify missing components, required approvals, and potential contractual risks Coordinate with sourcing, business stakeholders, finance, compliance, and legal to resolve contract requirements Track contract terms, renewals, expirations, and status updates while maintaining accurate records in contract management systems
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Contracts, Sourcing, Procurement, Legal Operations, and/or a similar role Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience reviewing and negotiating IT contracts, including intellectual property, data security and privacy, and service level terms Experience with contract lifecycle management systems or other contract management tools Strong contract review, research, and issue-resolution skills with the ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment Familiarity with IT services agreements, software and technology contracts, and cloud or SaaS arrangements Experience supporting business associate agreements and related compliance reviews Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
