This is a high-impact role supporting a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant exposure to business users and leadership.
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on technical support to onsite and remote users Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Manage onboarding, device setup, and user support Administer user environments across O365, Azure, and Active Directory Handle ticketing workflows and deliver white-glove customer service Support global teams and collaborate on IT initiatives
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of IT support or service desk experience Strong Windows, O365, and user support experience Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Financial services experience is a plus
