Job Title:
Junior IT Support Technician Contract Duration:
4-6 Months (through at least October)
Location:
Fully onsite in New York, NY office (Upper East Side area)
Hours:
Part Time 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM-3:00 PM EST Day-to-day Responsibilities Assist with a phone deployment project for staff Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting for staff Provide basic Tier 1 technical support for end users Configure and deploy laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, printers, and copiers Support classroom technology and AV equipment setup Maintain inventory records and documentation for hardware deployments Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues Provide hands-on support for various technology projects Required 1-4 years of technical support experience OR strong technical aptitude/interest technology Basic troubleshooting experience with computers, laptops, Chromebooks, or mobile devices Strong communication skills; professional, personable Hard-working, proactive, and eager to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized Nice to
