Contract to Hire Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Executive Technology Specialist to provide white-glove IT support to senior executives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, executive presence, and exceptional communication skills to deliver a seamless and high-quality technology experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Executive IT Support Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support to senior executives and their teams Act as a trusted technology partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues across devices Technology & Collaboration Tools Support and manage tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Box Ensure secure and efficient use of collaboration platforms AV & Meeting Support Manage and support executive meetings, boardrooms, and hybrid setups Ensure zero-disruption experience for high-priority meetings and events Device & System Management Support Windows, macOS, and mobile devices (iOS) Handle device setup, upgrades, and performance optimization Service Excellence Maintain high standards of responsiveness, professionalism, and confidentiality Proactively identify and resolve recurring technical issues Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Executive IT Support / Enterprise IT Support experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom Experience supporting AV systems and hybrid meeting environments Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile devices Basic understanding of identity management and security practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism Requirements Must be based in New York City and available for daily onsite work Strong executive presence with a customer-first mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Why TalentBurst?
