In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end shipping and receiving processes, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of IT equipment and components. Your focus will be on maintaining efficient warehouse operations, utilizing warehouse management systems, and ensuring all shipments meet quality and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency drive success. Responsibilities Coordinate the shipping and receiving of IT hardware, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and accessories. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Prepare packages with appropriate materials, ensuring secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. Conduct stock stocking, order picking, packing, and labeling according to customer specifications and internal standards. Assist with inventory management using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems like AS400 to maintain optimal stock levels. Load and unload shipments from trucks or containers while adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures. Qualifications Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment best practices in an e-commerce environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging requirements. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for stocking, picking & packing orders accurately. Physical ability to lift heavy items safely and operate warehouse equipment efficiently.
