Job Description
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting ADB Safegate Airside Systems and Schneider Electric Safety & Security Systems within airport environments. Strong understanding of Airport Operations processes and workflows. Experience leading incident triage and outage management activities. Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSMITMS) processes and tools. Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preparing incident reports. Strong documentation skills with experience creating SOPs, operational procedures, and training materials. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a mission-critical environment.
