Job Description

Summary:
The IT Support Tech is responsible for the support of computers, telecommunications, point of sale, audio-visual and hospitality systems within the resort. What You Will Be Doing Provide technical support to resort guests and staff in a positive and professional manner Deploy, install, support, and maintain all IT systems and equipment including computer hardware, software, network, phone, audio-video, point of sale systems, ticketing, and hospitality software How You Will Do It Respond promptly to all IT calls and work orders and place help calls when needed to Corporate IT and vendors Document technical issues and resolutions through use of help desk software Complete daily audit of park systems. Requires a full walk through of the park at least two times per shift Complete daily pre-opening checks of critical park systems, including point of sale, ticketing, Season Pass systems, and network health, along with a detailed check of the park's data center. Maintain an accurate inventory of all department-owned software and hardware assets. Monitor and maintain sound and video equipment Ensure 100% compliance with all Great Escape Information Systems policies and procedures. Assist in other areas of the Information Systems Department Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned What You Will Need Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license preferred, but not required. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Some College Preferred. Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter. Possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work with little supervision. Must be able to speak, understand, read and write English Ability to learn and support new applications. Must be capable of lifting and carrying 40 lbs. Knowledge of common operating systems, hardware and software preferred. Why work with us?
