Desktop Support Technician

Job Summary Provide Level 2 technical support for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing technology platforms to ensure users and internal teams can operate efficiently with minimal disruption. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise CRM and marketing platforms, resolving user issues and system-related inquiries. Manage and respond to service requests and escalations through an IT ticketing system. Troubleshoot platform functionality, access issues, configurations, and integrations. Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, permissions, and access management. Deliver training and guidance to users on platform functionality, processes, and best practices. Act as an escalation point for complex issues, working to resolve problems while minimizing impact to business operations. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance. Support platform rollouts, enhancements, and initiatives that increase user adoption and system utilization. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and processes to maintain knowledge base resources. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment. Follow established operational procedures, security requirements, and support protocols. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance platform support and user experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
