Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Technician / Supervisor for our Express Lane service department. This role is perfect for auto technicians with a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and customer service who are ready to lead and supervise a dynamic team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver fast, reliable service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Supervise daily Express Lane operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Perform automotive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including GM models, diesel engines, and vehicles requiring advanced electrical or mechanical work Lead the team in vehicle maintenance tasks such as alignments, wheel balancing, and powertrain repairs Utilize schematics, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and automotive electrical systems to troubleshoot complex issues Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while adhering to dealership protocols Maintain detailed repair records, diagnostic reports, and service documentation Provide mentorship to technicians, fostering skill development in areas like welding, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance Qualifications Proven dealership experience with a solid background in automotive diagnostics and repair Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and alignment Hands-on experience with ADAS calibration, schematics interpretation, diesel engine repair, and automotive electrical systems Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is preferred Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency Join us as a Technician / Supervisor for our Express Lane!
