  • to join their team
  • onsite
  • in Westbury, NY and provide end-user support.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • :•+ Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone / email / chat for client's end users + Provide IT vendor customer service + Serve as primary contact for client's IT vendors for system implementations + Test IT implementation as required: network access, wireless, telephony + Coordinate and manage relationships with client's vendors and client's local and remote support staff + 'Hands and feet' for implementation and support for all IT service areas for Client site •
Skills and Qualifications:
  • + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of deskside PC support, customer service, and support experience with problem solving involving hardware, software, and networks + Experience assisting the implementation of IT required + Extensive experience in Desktop with Windows based support + Excellent customer service skills + Able to provide support on own with limited oversight + Hands-on work experience with the following + Windows Operating systems + Basic experience with Mac support + Imaging desktops and laptops + Knowledge of Active Directory + ITSM ticketing workload management + MS Office 365 suite / MS teams •Wage Range•: The rate for this position is between •$20.
25 - $27.00 per hour
  • , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
