Help Desk Technician

Description Our client is seeking an IT help desk technician to assist team members with questions and problems concerning computer systems, hardware, and software. The technician will work with team members remotely and in person, guiding them through systems configuration and troubleshooting while aiming to resolve issues efficiently. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers with outstanding communication and customer service skills. Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
