Intune VPN Full Job Description Key Responsibilities End User Support:

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, deploy workstations, assist users

Account Management:

Password resets, MFA support, group access Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive troubleshooting

Device Support:

Intune provisioning, application installs

Printers:

Install, troubleshoot queues and connectivity

Networking:

Basic connectivity and VPN troubleshooting

Ticketing:

Document, update, and escalate tickets properly

Qualifications Required:

0-2 years IT support experience Basic Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge Strong communication skills

Preferred:

Intune or endpoint management experience Active Directory / Entra ID familiarity CompTIA A+ or similar

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
