Job Description

Provide technology support for the campus community with excellent customer service. Work in one specific functional area within ITS Client Services to develop a technology specialization. This is the entry-level position for student jobs in ITS Client Services.

Career & Self-Development Professionalism Technology Interact with all members of the campus community in a polite, professional, and friendly manner Resolve technology issues for the campus community Accurately document all steps taken to resolve issues Assist in the creation of technology-related documentation for internal (ITS) and external (campus) use Other duties as assigned Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and at least one mobile device OS Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
