PC Technician

Description This entry-level Configuration Technician role involves preparing and configuring IT equipment prior to shipment, ensuring all devices are set up accurately according to customer requirements and documented instructions. Responsibilities include following step-by-step processes to provision devices, performing basic hardware kitting, unboxing and re-packaging equipment, and cleaning, testing, and inspecting systems to ensure proper functionality. The role also requires documenting work, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to team discussions and process improvements. Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of Windows systems, familiarity with common hardware peripherals, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently. This position offers hands-on experience with IT hardware and technical support, along with opportunities for growth within the IT field. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brook Park, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
