Job Description

Job title: IT Support Analyst Summary of the position: Telesis Technologies is seeking an IT analyst to serve as Tier 1 support for various information systems. A successful candidate should be able to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to troubleshoot and diagnose desktop support issues and other technical problems. This position will include analysis, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, documentation, and support responsibilities. This role will include development goals with the expectation the candidate will move into positions of increasing responsibilities in the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
  • Provides technical support to internal end-users and user computing
  • Active Directory user management
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology to support solution adoption
  • Install, maintain and monitor equipment, which may include network and server infrastructure and application systems
  • Assist with onboarding of employees, including PC imaging, cell phone provisioning and other tasks related to onboarding of newly hired employees
  • Ability to support software across multi-platforms and technology stacks
  • Identification, documentation, and prioritization of application requirements for the technical landscape
  • Support the development and deployment throughout the Telesis Technologies Business Systems Lifecycle
  • Leveraging knowledge of multiple tools, technology, and experience to solve unusually complex problems with a high degree of innovation and ingenuity
  • Knowledge of network topology and network troubleshooting
  • Familiar with the Microsoft technology stack (Office 365)
  • Proficient at learned new skills quickly to support an ever-changing landscape
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to develop standard work and training documentation
Qualifications:
Education Associates degree in IT or Business; or 3 years of experience Professional experience: 1-3 years of professional experience Key behaviors: Manages time effectively, meets deadlines, and achieves established goals and objectives Assists in the establishment, accomplishment, and continuous evaluation of goals Assumes responsibility for the accuracy of work processes and the flow of multiple tasks Drive for continuous improvement of business processes and overall customer satisfaction Direct reports: N/A The successful candidate is responsible for complying with Telesis Technologies Code of Ethics and related policies. In performing the job, the incumbent shall take all steps necessary to comply with our safety rules and requirements and must actively support the organization's efforts to meet and exceed its goals of creating and maintaining a safe workplace.
