290 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 (Hybrid
  • 3 days onsite, 2 remote; Mondays & Fridays remote)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM What you'll do:
  • Collaborate on end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes, including
SAP S/4HANA
Utilities and SAP Service Cloud
  • Oversee design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications in coordination with internal and third-party teams
  • Manage progress of
SAP RICEFW
(Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) development, ensuring alignment with program requirements
  • Guide unit, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing, ensuring proper documentation in tools like Jira and qTest
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for timely SAP solution delivery and integration
  • Support deployment, cutover, and hyper care activities, including mentoring operational teams and service providers
  • Ensure SAP security roles, access models, and compliance requirements align with company policies and SAP best practices
  • Drive adherence to DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code scanning, and security analysis
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure integration of SAP with systems such as identity and access management
  • Establish SAP monitoring processes (error handling, performance tracking, anomaly detection)
  • Participate in governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution for SAP delivery
Requirements:
Required:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (citizenship or green card)
  • Minimum 7 years of SAP solution delivery experience (design, configuration, development, integration)
  • Experience with SAP implementations in complex, multi-vendor enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA, SAP
Service Cloud, ABAP, SAP BTP, and related products
  • Experience with integration technologies (SAP BTP Integration Suite, REST APIs, middleware platforms)
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality tools
  • Understanding of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, and compliance standards
  • Experience with SAP testing (unit, SIT, UAT, regression, performance testing)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to coordinate across teams
  • Experience with Jira, qTest, Agile project tools, or similar technical stacks
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
  • SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, SAP Certified Professional)
