Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT asset inventory records. Receive, track, ship, and process IT equipment. Handle equipment salvage and secure hard drive disposal. Pack/unpack equipment and prepare shipments to various locations. Deliver and collect IT equipment from internal departments/sites. Fulfill ServiceNow requests for IT peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, cables, etc.). Reconcile inventory records daily and perform weekly inventory audits. Serve as backup support for Level 1 IT Service Desk. Required Qualifications 2+ years of IT support or related experience. IT Support education or training. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with IT asset and inventory management. Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
