Job Description

SharePoint Application Support Analyst || Columbus, OH || Hybrid We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Application Support Analyst to support and maintain web and SharePoint applications.
Responsibilities:
Support and troubleshoot SharePoint and web applications. Work directly with users to gather requirements and resolve issues. Implement application enhancements and bug fixes. Test changes and document solutions. Monitor risks, track issues, and provide status updates. Recommend process and system improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience. 6+ years of application support or SharePoint support experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with SharePoint and web applications. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred:
Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, ASP.NET, or related web technologies. Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
