  • $125k, full benefits, training and career growth Technical Support Engineer for WMS systems where you will act as the primary support between IT, Operations, and the Floor in a multimillion sq ft facility related to the datacenter industry Issues related to order location management, SKU, troubleshooting support, hardware support, software support, and issue escalation Onsite daily in the Rickenbacker Airport areas The Company 75+ year old multi-billion dollar international 3PL Key to the national and international growth of the datacenter industry Regarded as one of the top 3PL companies internationally The Position Act as the primary, first level support for WMS Systems for the shop floor at the local site Perform troubleshooting of order management and stock management issues Create support tickets and escalation follow up Give ongoing support and coordination of WMS and other related system for location, customer maintenance, and identification processes Train users on the systems as well as upgrades, work with IT to ensure first level support abilities Hardware troubleshooting of printers, RF guns, network, etc.
