IT Support Technician

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Entry Level IT Support Technician (Level 1) to work onsite with one of our largest clients, headquartered in Hudson, OH. In this role, you'll support a large, nationwide organization and gain real-world IT experience in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

•  Assist with a large-scale device rollout, including laptops, desktops, printers, and iPads across 250+ office locations
•  Provide Tier 1 IT support for internal users, assisting with basic troubleshooting and technical issues
•  Set up, image, deploy, and replace end user hardware
•  Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT teams when needed
