IT Support Engineer Custom Computer Specialists - 3.3 Independence, OH Job Details Full-time $45,000 - $60,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Windows IT Full Job Description We're seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users, systems, and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.

What You'll Do:

Provide Tier 1-3 support for devices, software, and systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage service tickets and meet SLAs. Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and Azure AD. Handle user account setup, onboarding, and offboarding. Assist with networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls). Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance. Document issues and escalate when needed.

What You Bring:

2-5 years of IT support or help desk experience. Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Nice to

Experience with Azure, Intune, or SCCM. Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA, EDR). Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft).

Additional Info:

Mix of onsite and remote support. Occasional after-hours or on-call work.
