Power Equipment Mechanic

Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 8am to 5pm and Sundays 10am to 4pm. Flexible working environment, some weekends required. Full time and part time positions available. Full time associates eligible for retirement plan and paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities include:

small engine repair, service on Lawn Mowers, Trimmers, Compact Tractors and UTV machines. Helpful work experience would include 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines, hydraulics, electrical, and or basic mechanical background, computer usage. Automotive background or diesel, power equipment schooling helps in this field of work. Additional skills [preferred, not required]: 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines, hydraulics, electrical, and or basic mechanical background, computer usage. Automotive background or diesel, power equipment schooling helps in this field of work.

Additional information regarding this position:

We provide tools in house, no tools needed by associate. Working with a tablet or computer for sale tickets will be required. Tablet or computer is provided [applicants choice] and stays at location. Applicant will be required to follow standard certification processes at our expense. If certificates already held validation will excuse schooling. Skilled craftsman or journeymen in this position encouraged to apply they can be compensated in terms of percent of house. The more motivated the more organized the more money you make. No secondary education is required. We have several options available to help with development and training.
