Job Description

IT Operations & End-User Enablement Provide technical support and resolution for end-user and operational issues, applying structured troubleshooting and independent problem-solving Support office and plant-floor computing environments with an emphasis on system reliability and minimal production disruption Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and improve stability Prioritize and respond to incidents that impact manufacturing operations and business continuity Microsoft 365 & Identity Administration Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Manage Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, licensing, and security settings Plan and execute mailbox migrations and tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations, including coordination, validation, and post-migration support Administer Active Directory, including user accounts, group membership, permissions, and Group Policy Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure appropriate access and security controls Manufacturing & Business Systems Provide Tier 1-2 functional and technical support for ERP systems supporting manufacturing, inventory, and finance Partner with operations, engineering, and finance teams to troubleshoot system and data issues Assist with ERP access management, basic configuration support, and coordination with internal or external ERP administrators Support manufacturing technology peripherals such as barcode scanners, label printers, and shared production terminals Systems Management, Security & Continuous Improvement Support system lifecycle activities including workstation provisioning, imaging, patching, and upgrades Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards to support knowledge sharing within the IT team Apply IT security best practices related to identity management, access control, and data protection Participate in audits, compliance activities, and policy enforcement efforts Contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve IT processes, system reliability, and manufacturing technology effectiveness Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an IT support, systems support, or technical operations role Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows-based environments with the ability to work independently Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Experience supporting email migrations and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations Working knowledge of Active Directory Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, printing) Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication skills and professional judgment when supporting business users Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, NetSuite, or similar) Familiarity with manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, or production scheduling Experience supporting industrial or production-adjacent devices Basic PowerShell or scripting experience Relevant technical certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or similar) Work Environment & Expectations Combination of office and manufacturing floor support Role requires flexibility to support operational priorities and critical production needs Participation in after-hours support or
