As a Helpdesk Technician I, you will serve as the front line of IT support ensuring our plant floor and office teams stay connected, productive, and running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working hands-on with technology, and supporting both manufacturing and corporate environments. What You'll Do Provide first-level technical support to plant and office employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot and maintain critical production systems, including barcode scanners, label printers, HMIs, and industrial PCs. Set up and deploy workstations, tablets, and mobile devices across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution to minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with IT and operations teams on system upgrades, equipment rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, data integrity policies, and proper equipment usage. Track and manage IT assets, assist with audits, and support lifecycle planning. Provide basic end-user training to improve efficiency and reduce recurring technical issues. What We're Looking For A strong problem solver with excellent organizational skills. Requirements Basic knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications. Familiarity with core computer components (RAM, CPU, hard drives, etc.). A+ Certification (or equivalent hands-on experience) preferred. Associate degree in IT or related field (completed or in progress). Valid driver's license required.
