Systems Team Leader

The WCPL Systems Team Leader supervises a small team of systems administrators in developing, implementing, and supporting network/cloud services, infrastructure, our intranet, integrated library systems, firewalls, email, hard/software, comms, and tech projects. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree, or four-plus years related experience substitute for degree. Minimum of three years of experience in an Information Technology field. Minimum of two years of project management and staff supervisory experience with directly-reporting staff. Excellent MS Office software skills. Self motivated, organized, efficient, and productive with excellent time management skills. Multi-tasking- handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. Collaborative, hands-on style with exceptional follow through. Ability to research and apply new technology. Analytical problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal, communication and written/verbal skills, including the ability to explain and train "non-technical" individuals in the effective use of all relevant systems.
