Job Description

Summary Role Overview We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfillment activities. Contract duration - 3 month with possible extension Work Environment On-site warehouse support role May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents
Qualifications :
2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred) Experience supporting scanners, printers, and end-user devices Basic knowledge of networking and Windows environments Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to work on-site in warehouse environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with Warehouse Management Systems Experience supporting logistics or distribution operations
